Michael Concordia to President

McGregor, Concordia prepare company for continued rapid expansion

PITTSBURGH, PA, July 24, 2007 — BitArmor Systems today announced the promotion of Michael Concordia to president. Patrick McGregor, the company’s co-founder, will continue to lead the company’s strategy and operations as chief executive officer.

Concordia’s promotion is part of BitArmor’s strategic growth plan. The company has grown significantly since the launch of its first commercial product last fall and plans to accelerate projected growth over the next several years with its new executive structure.

Concordia joined BitArmor last year as vice president of sales. In his expanded role, he will oversee all sales, marketing, and business development efforts. “Mike’s previous work and his performance at BitArmor have proven his business acumen and success in delivering quantifiable results,” said McGregor. “More than ever before, there is the need to secure data throughout the enterprise. Mike Concordia has the deep experience and insight to develop and implement strategies to solve customers’ business problems relating to risk and compliance. His leadership will extend BitArmor’s market presence and will drive rapid growth.”

Concordia’s 20 years of experience include executive positions in sales, management, finance, operations, and client development with market leaders such as Procter & Gamble, The Campbell Soup Company-Godiva Chocolatier, and the Becker Group. Most recently, he was the vice president of sales for North America for Pittsburgh-based sourcing technology firm CombineNet.

Since the company’s entrance to the market with its flagship product, BitArmor Security Suite™, it has secured several large customers in the retail, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors. The demand for data security and data management technology, driven mainly by government and industry regulations such as HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley and PCI DSS, is expected to fuel BitArmor’s continued growth. The company now employs nearly 30 people, more than double the number from a year ago.
